Stand-on aerator rentals are in very high demand and often book out well in advance due to the short seasonal window when aeration and overseeding are most effective.

In St. Louis, the best time to aerate and seed cool-season lawns is early fall (late August through October), with spring (March–April) as a secondary option depending on weather and soil conditions. Fertilization is typically recommended shortly after seeding to support establishment. Because of this narrow timeframe, customers are strongly encouraged to reserve aerators early.
